ClearSPARK is our internal AI exploration program — a monthly, voluntary challenge where any team member can experiment with AI tools and share what they find.
No experience required. No sign-up needed. You don't even need to have tried an AI tool before. All it takes is a willingness to try something new.
Think of it as a science fair for AI. You have all month to explore, five minutes at the all-hands to present, and a shot at winning the monthly prize — chosen by your teammates. "Even if your experiment doesn't work out — a well-explained 'we tried this and here's why it flopped' is one of the most valuable presentations you can give."

No commitmentSolo projects are equally welcome — any size, any combination. No minimum or maximum team size.
Any sizeTools, experiments, creative projects — anything goes. Bonus points if it connects to ClearFuze's work, clients, or operations.
Any AI tool5 minutes at the monthly staff meeting. What you tried, what you built, what surprised you. No polished demo required.
5 minutesAfter all presentations, every attendee casts one vote. Presenters can't vote for their own project. Most votes wins.
Popular voteProjects connected to ClearFuze clients, services, or operations earn a separate bonus commendation on top of any votes received.
Extra recognitionEach month follows the same simple cadence.
Weeks 1–2
Pick your idea and start experimenting. No sign-up needed. Work alone or with a team. Bonus points if it ties to ClearFuze's work.
Weeks 3–4
Finish your project. Fill out the Submission Form and notify Ellie you'll be presenting. No need to be polished.

5 minutes at the all-hands meeting. After all presentations, the team votes and the winner is announced immediately. Mark your calendar: Wednesday, May 27.

Even if you don't take the top prize, every person who presents is contributing to the whole team's AI knowledge base. Participation itself is recognized.
