What is ClearSPARK?

ClearFuze's Monthly
AI Exploration Program

ClearSPARK is our internal AI exploration program — a monthly, voluntary challenge where any team member can experiment with AI tools and share what they find.

No experience required. No sign-up needed. You don't even need to have tried an AI tool before. All it takes is a willingness to try something new.

Think of it as a science fair for AI. You have all month to explore, five minutes at the all-hands to present, and a shot at winning the monthly prize — chosen by your teammates. "Even if your experiment doesn't work out — a well-explained 'we tried this and here's why it flopped' is one of the most valuable presentations you can give."

Three core principles
🔍
Curiosity over perfection
There are no wrong experiments. Failed projects are celebrated, not penalized.
🤝
Sharing is the point
What you learn benefits the whole team. Every presentation adds to our collective knowledge.
🏆
Recognition matters
Every presenter is recognized. One monthly winner gets a prize, chosen by the team.

How winners are chosen

Voting Rules

Transparent, fair, and decided by the whole team.

1
One vote per person
Every attendee gets exactly one vote — only for one project per meeting.
2
No self-voting
Presenters may not vote for their own project. Your vote goes to someone else.
3
All presenters are eligible
Every project presented that month is on the ballot. No preliminary rounds.
4
Highest vote count wins
Most votes wins the monthly prize. Ties go to a revote between tied projects only.
🌟

Everyone who presents wins

Even if you don't take the top prize, every person who presents is contributing to the whole team's AI knowledge base. Participation itself is recognized.

"We tried this and here's why it didn't work" is one of the most valuable presentations you can give. That's real learning.

Ready to spark something?

Fill out the Submission Form before your presentation and let Ellie know you're on the agenda. No approval needed to start exploring.
